What's HFH-International ?
Habitat for Humanity (HFH) is a nonprofit, Christian organization based on in the USA which works alongside diverse partners of varying faiths and ethnic backgrounds. Their goal is simply to provide decent shelter for families in great need.
What's HFH-KUIS?
HFH-KUIS is the first campus chapter in the Kanto area in Japan. In our campus chapter, we work on studying about HFH, what HFH does, advertising this NGO to the public by doing fund raising every month and promotion activities for this NGO and we go to Asian country every spring and summer to build houses for a family in need.
Since HFH-KUIS have established in 2002, we have been to 5 countries (Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, India and Papua New Guinea) to build a house with a family, who owns the house.
Every Wednesday's lunch time, we have meeting at bldg.4-303. Come to see us freely!!!
